Transportation to and around the complex, Makati City, Global City and the whole Metro Manila could be arranged in several ways via rental car, private car rentals with drivers or by public transportation. Main highway is an Express Way-Type with both sides service road meant to ease traffic in a crowded Metro Manila highways.

There are two terminals for commercial-international flights in the Metro Manila area. One is Terminal 2 soley for the Philippine Airlines and all the rest uses Terminal 1 known as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport originally named Manila International Airport. Both are 15 to 30 min. to Rosewood Pointe depending mainly on the traffic vlume. From the International Airport, an airport taxi (operated by the airport management) will charge PhP400.00 to PhP500 to Rosewood Pointe. This transportation service by the airport offers a very safe way of commuting for anyone. Taxi fare from Rosewood Pointe to the International Airport is only PhP230.00 average on metered fare and most taxi could be contracted at PhP300.00. Although very common, contracting a taxi (without using a taxi meter) is illegal in the Philippines. From Rosewood Pointe to the Airport, a private transport service based inside the complex will charge PhP500. Pick up via private transport cost from PhP700 to PhP1,000 - and this includes waiting & personal pick up at airport exit.
Whole unit fully air conditioned with split system handling the living + kitchen area - all AC units with timer and remote control. Plenty of screened-windows can be opened if needed. Two toilet & bath room each with water heater. Big Patio/Veranda with out-door dining set and an option to furnish a BBQ grill for a long term renter. Both bath rooms were upgraded with extra wall cabinets. Safe Deposit Box installed on both units.
BED ROOMS: Fully furnished with brand new materials. One queen size bed for master’s bed room, single bed for 2nd and 3rd bed room each with hidden under bed 5" mini-sofa bed to be used as an extra sleeping bed if needed. Additionally, a full twin size sofa bed is furnished at the living roon as an additonal sofa on daytime and could be an extra sleeping bed on night time. Each room furnished with lamp shades (both sides for queen bed), wardobes and alarm clocks. The whole unit could accomodate 6 adults or more depending on occupants' level of comfort tolerance.
KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM: Full kitchen fully furnished with all brand new appliances including a combination gas-electric stove-oven with rotisserie. Imported 6-seater dining table is a standard size. Elegant sofa set + extra sofa convertible into a sleeping bed is furnished in the living room. Living room is equipped with 90 channels cable TV, high speed internet for both hard wire or secured-wireless connection for the occupants. And, uncommon for most of the units in the complex (including the current rented ones) – we furnished split system AC unit to cool the living room and kitchen at your comfort level. Some, alternately use powerful fans.
LAUNDRY SERVICES: The complex has laundry pick up/drop back services. The unit itself has its laundry room on roof deck with washing machine, water and power meter. Guests/Visitors can use the washing machine at their own expenses.
UNIT LOCATION: The unit is on level 4, corner-end of the building with only one neighboring unit on one of the multi-building condominium complex with complete resort-type amenities. It is very close to the elevator.
SECURITY, AMENITIES: the whole complex is gated with 24-hr. visible security guards all over the complex. Massage services are plenty to choose from flyers and is available in the complex 24x7 and can only go through the security entrance with proper IDs. Guests (renters) on units are free to use as with the unit owners on all amenities 7 days a week with time restrictions for all during night time. Barbecue grills are available on specified area. Public Wi-Fi available too on the Grand Club House.
